Questions

Why "NFable"?

The word people reach for to describe a psychedelic experience is ineffable: beyond words. The work of intention and integration is the work of giving it form, finding the words, making meaning. We named NFable for exactly that.

Is NFable only for ketamine therapy?

No. NFable supports the preparation and integration work around a supervised therapy session - the intention you carry in, and the sense you make of it afterward. That work matters across supervised psychedelic therapies.

Today NFable is built for clinics providing supervised ketamine and Spravato care, available nationwide. The same loop applies to other lawful, supervised psychedelic therapies as they become available - such as state-regulated psilocybin programs in Oregon and Colorado, under a licensed facilitator - and to other states' programs and any future FDA-approved psychedelic medicines as they come online.

NFable is for care under a licensed clinician's supervision. It is not for unsupervised use, and does not condone, advise, or assist with anything unlawful.

Does NFable replace or interfere with the clinical session?

No. Your clinic owns the session. NFable holds the preparation and integration around it, and steps back when the patient is in your care.

Is the AI a therapist?

No. It is a structured-reflection scaffold, not a therapist. Its prompts are open, non-leading, and human-reviewed before they ship. It helps the patient find their own words. It never hands them an interpretation.

How is patient data protected?

Patient data is treated as PHI: encrypted in transit and at rest, and never written to logs or analytics. We are BAA-ready. See the security page for the full posture.

What happens if a patient is in crisis or shares something concerning?

NFable is not crisis care. A crisis affordance (988 and your clinic line) is always available. Concerning content is routed to your clinical team per your protocol. We route; we do not monitor.

Is NFable a treatment, or does it make medical claims?

No. NFable is not a medical device and does not treat, diagnose, or monitor, and we make no such claim. It supports the preparation and integration work around a session your clinic provides.

Can someone use NFable on their own, without a clinic?

No. NFable is for patients in supervised care. It is not for unsupervised use, and it is not for use during dosing.
